Return & Refund Policy

At Metro Office Products, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as simple as possible.


1. Stock Availability

In the event when a stock is not available, we will refund ASAP if payment has been made.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods such as food and beverages.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

4. Return Window

You may return items within 14 days from the date you received them. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service to ensure its safe return.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Provide photographs of the damaged or defective item and the packaging.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:
